2) Use of hips and entire body in all techniques with full follow through motion.
3) Primarily use the vertical fist while punching and heel of the foot while kicking for more naturally powerful techniques.
4) Use of body armor enabling practitioner to realistically test techniques for power and efficacy while minimizing the risk of injury.
5) Utilize full follow through(tsura nuki) while practicing with partner(s) to develop proper distance.
6) Prearranged fighting forms(Yakusoku Randori Kumite) done with a partner(s) to develop timing, distance, power, targeting and stamina.
7) Use of Judo techniques including sweeps, throws, chokes, and submissions(arm bars, leg locks etc.)
