Shorinjiryu Kenkyukai Karatedo(SKK) is a relatively modern and very comprehensive style of Karate while maintaining traditional etiquette and practices. SKK emphasizes body movement and footwork accompanied by powerful and proven techniques as well as other unique training methods. We do not offer the flashy presentation of many modern schools. We strive for realism and self improvement. Our Motto is “The Spiritual Development of Individuality in Mind and Body”. Additionally, our constant goal is “Kaizen” meaning Continuous Improvement. Any questions regarding the Karate program should be sent to kaizenkarate@gmail.com |
